Bio
Coach Justiniano grew up playing baseball in the Bronx, New York. He is a U.S. Military veteran with service in the Marines, Air Force and National Guard. While serving in the Marines, He played professional baseball in Guam. He also coached a semi-pro team while stationed in New Jersey.
As a head softball coach in collegiate sports, he has amassed an impressive 164 victories. He initiated a softball program at Mid-Atlantic Christian University located in Elizabeth City, NC, and later spent two years at the College of Mount Saint Vincent located in NY. Coach Justiniano served as the head coach of FTCC softball from its establishment in 2018 until 2019.
Prior to FTCC, he served as the assistant softball coach for Methodist University. He helped lead the 2006 team to a national No. 7 ranking in the sport. Justiniano took his talents to Fayetteville State University’s softball team for seven seasons. The Broncos made it to the 2009 CIAA Championship series and finished as a runner-up. As the Head Softball coach at FSU we never missed the conference tournament.
Justiniano is a Campbell University alumnus and also holds a master's degree from American Military University located in West Virginia. He and his wife, Edna, are proud parents of three children named Sheena, Jonathan, and Michael.
